Scan–Decide–Play Drill: Practiced mentally in slow motion, then full speed with cue integration.
Highlight Reel Playlist: Custom 1–2 minute edit of great assists, switches, tackles (used 1–2x/week).
“Game Plan” Journal Entry: Before each match, write 3 tactical and 2 mental intentions.
Breath Anchors: Short breath protocols after transitions or fouls (especially when emotions rise).
“Lock In” Cue: Used before every throw-in, free kick, or opponent attack to refocus.
