Service Description

The initial meeting (50 minutes), assessment administration and write up, comprises three parts of the assessment process. Dr Paul McCarthy will undertake an initial meeting (50 minutes) with you either face-to-face or online depending upon distance and availability. Dr Paul will invite you to complete a battery of assessments following the initial meeting. Following this comprehensive assessment process, Dr Paul will complete a report and suggest a treatment plan. Dr Paul will explain the assessment outcomes and treatment plan in the report.

Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies 1. Booking Policy * All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. * Bookings are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed and payment has been received (if applicable). * Sessions will take place via video call unless otherwise agreed. * It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are available at the scheduled time. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. * Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no additional cost. * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be charged the full session fee. * Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) will result in the full session fee being charged. Exceptions may be made in exceptional circumstances at discretion. 3. Waitlist Policy * If no suitable session times are available, clients may request to be added to a waitlist. * When a slot becomes available, waitlisted clients will be contacted in order of request. * Clients will be given a limited time to confirm the session before it is offered to the next person on the list. * Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a session but provides priority access when availability opens up. 4. Late Arrivals * If a session starts late due to the client, the session will still end at the scheduled time. * If the delay is on our side, the full session time will be honoured or rescheduled accordingly. 5. Review of Services * As development progresses, session frequency and structure may be reviewed to best support the player’s needs.
